Refund policy

At Al-Ghani Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products include herbal supplements, capsules, Majoon, and personal-care products, we follow specific hygiene and safety requirements when handling returns.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The product is materially different from what was ordered.

For eligible returns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Health & Personal-Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered-with herbal supplements, capsules, Majoon, and hair-care products generally cannot be returned unless the product was defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

This includes:

  • Herbal Hair Oil
  • Sugar Support Capsules
  • Royal Men Power Capsules
  • Royal Men Majoon
  • Other sealed wellness or personal-care products

Please check your order carefully before opening the packaging.

3. Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Provide your order number and photographs.
  4. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

4. Wrong Product

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement with the correct product or another appropriate resolution.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for opened or used health, wellness, supplement, or personal-care products due to hygiene and safety considerations.

For unopened products, contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm whether the item qualifies for return.

6. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request appropriate payment details or provide another mutually agreed refund method.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by:

  • An incorrect product sent by us, or
  • A product damaged/defective upon delivery,

we may cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following generally cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged through customer misuse
  • Products returned after the applicable return period
  • Products that have been tampered with
